Article Abstract
The rate of intracranial hemorrhage in older patients after treatment with thrombolytic therapy exceeds 1%. Readily available factors can identify elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction at high and low risk for intracranial hemorrhage associated with thrombolytic therapy.
